I grant permission to TOONTECH INC. to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. I release TOONTECH INC. from liability for data loss, component failures, loss of profit, or direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Diagnostic tests and labor are non-refundable. The store is not responsible for loss of device. Devices not picked up within 120 days may be disposed of. Deposits taken to order parts are $50 and non-refundable.
